• Upholding booked appointment times or providing cancellation notice at least 24 hours in advance.

All service charges, medicine prices, and clinical procedure fees are quoted in Nepalese Rupees (NPR). Payments are due at the time of purchase, check-out, or before a session begins.

We accept local digital payment options (including eSewa, Fonepay, mobile banking transfers), credit/debit cards, and cash. All treatment packages, aesthetic medicines, and prescription sales are final and non-refundable unless specified otherwise by our physical clinical refund policy.
