Appointment Policy

At Diva Skin City Clinic, appointments are scheduled carefully to provide safe, personalized, and timely dermatological care for every patient.

1. Appointment Booking

• Prior appointment is recommended for all consultations, procedures, and laser treatments.
• Some special cases and advanced procedures may require booking 1 week in advance.
• Walk-in availability may be limited depending on clinic schedules and ongoing procedures.

2. Arrival & Timing

• Patients are requested to arrive at least 10 minutes before their scheduled appointment time.
• Late arrivals may result in reduced consultation time or appointment rescheduling.
• Procedure durations may vary depending on medical complexity and treatment response.

3. Laser & Procedure Evaluations

Certain treatments including laser procedures, dermatosurgery, hair restoration therapies, and aesthetic treatments may require prior medical evaluation before confirmation or treatment initiation.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Cancellation or rescheduling requests should preferably be informed in advance.
• Repeated missed appointments or no-shows may affect future booking availability.
• Advance deposits for certain procedures may be non-refundable once preparation has begun.

5. Changes in Schedule

Appointment timings may occasionally change due to medical emergencies, procedure delays, equipment maintenance, or unforeseen clinical situations. Our team will attempt to notify patients promptly whenever possible.
